DARU is a family run business. Danny's two sons Danny Jr and Lewis operate the bakery / production kitchen based in Morley, Leeds developing dishes for all dietary requirements including VEGAN, VEGETARIAN, GLUTEN and NUT FREE.

Lewis hand crafts loaves, pastries, cakes, buns, tray bakes, biscuits and all puddings and desserts in our bakery.

Danny Jr prepares a extensive range of eclectic vegan menus using locally sourced produce and creates dishes from all around the world, including his freshly prepared salads and poke bowls.

DARU have Six 7.5 ton mobile kitchens and three 3.5 Ton Luton mobile kitchens designed specifically to meet the demands of film, television & commercials.

Each kitchen has the capability to provide 100 plus covers each service.

We also provide each production with a 3.5 ton refrigerated vehicle.
